Great breakfast options and value for money

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and public transport. the hotel staff was very helpful with our tourist needs.

The staff seemed to have limited English language skills which made communication a challenge. While some directions and helpful information were in English, it would have been helpful to have more staff members who could speak English fluently.

Clean and well-maintained hotel, attentive staff, convenient location near restaurants and onsen, delicious Japanese breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, as it was close to public transport and the motorway , made it easy to get around. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially important to me. the breakfast was excellent and included in the price! The staff were kind and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure my needs were met.

Very good value breakfast with a variety of options offered. Convenient location close to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. Room was well maintained and the staff was friendly and always available.

Although the hotel was generally clean, there was a strange smell that was noticeable upon entering the room. the bed linens were uncomfortable, but for the price, it was acceptable.

The hotel is located in a convenient location near public transportation and the motorway, which makes getting around the region easy. the rooms are clean and in good shape, with sleepers and yukata provided. the breakfast is satisfactory with a good selection of Japanese dishes.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, which may affect guests' quality of sleep.
